Yeah i wasnt sure if this post would go here or not, if not plz move it. Anyways i was watching tv and saw this commercial for twister, except it was called Twister Moves. Aparently its like the twister board game but more complicated cause u move to the music given to you and put ur hands and feet in different places. Looks kinda like a cheap rip off of ddr to me What do u all think? If u dont know what im talkin about or want to see pictures, go here:

Urgh, I tried this at a Tokyo Game Action's DDRfreak party (local Bemani store we've been blessed with here in Rhode Island), and I'd have to say it's quite bad.
It's not at all like DDR. Not a video game or anything. It's a Music CD you play.
You have a tiny floor mat for each person - up to 4 people.
On the mat, are two footprints, and two handprints I believe. You basically put them wherever the music tells you. But it's REALLY bad, trust me...... _________________

Well....it's supposed to be like Twister. With music. Not like DDR.

I'm just guessing, but I don't think the target audience intended for this game was anyone who posted in this thread so far. That would be like me saying "OMG!!! Chutes and Ladders SUX DOODZ!!!!" or "I HATE ANTS IN THE PANTS!!!!" _________________

working for hasbro doesn't suck that bad, but it depends on where you work for them. I used to work as a Wizards Retail Associate, fringe benefits like whut. _________________

Man does this game suck. I mean here is what must have happened:
"Hey Boss?"
"What?"
"I found a new way to make money!!1!!1!"
"So?"
"You see, there is a game called DDR, let's rip them off in a crappy manner! *Shows Boss plans*"
"Your fired!"
"I guess I'll mail photos of you spanking hookers then!"
"OK OK OK! I'll make it!" |

I don't remember Barbie's Dance Party, but I do remember Britney's Dance Beat. And now they also have something called Dance Maker 2 Dance Machine. I saw it in the Sears Christmas catalog. anybody who has one, pg. 69 if you want to see it. Here's the description.
Follow the beat by yourself or with a friend on the two mats. Flashing display shows you the steps to make. Select from 12 dance sequences, three skill levels, three dance songs or your own songs.
sounds stupid, looks stupid from the picture, and they show 2 kids doing it with shoes, but i know the instructions will say no shoes socks only.
