Help! Error in Stepmania 3.9 alpha 6!

Whenever I start it up, it has an error message that says "A required .DLL file, OPENGL32.DLL, was not found.". Does anybody know what this is and how I can fix it?

Have you played previous versions of SM? If not, it sounds like you are missing OpenGL support. Either check for new video drivers or go to www.stepmania.com and check the forums for how to switch SM to DirectX mode.

that dynamic link library comes from Direct X, get 9.0a from microsoft, and see if that will fix the problem
