Maybe iamchris4life too. Hard to say, since he plays at home. MegamanX might belong on that list as well - he's held the high score on Bloodrush since 2005, which is a really long time for a high score to stand.

Well, there are a shitload of guys (ahem...groovestats) who are basically as good as one another, so it's really kind of hard to have a top 10 list without conflict.

Here's my list of more than 10:

- LilQ (not too sure if he's playing anymore)

- MegaManX (most definitely retired)

Honorable mention to DJ Sterf, probably not as good as the others I listed but he's played so little in comparison (ITG anyway).

I would've listed guys like JSB and Yasu, but I haven't heard about them playing for such a long time.

I think Mr Bubbles deserves honorable mention for AAAing Extreme. He's 15 or maybe 16 for christ's sake! Maybe the youngest to AAA Extreme? And he was second in the world to AAA Max 300 Super Max Me mix Challenge, which is pretty impressive.

Maybe he's not number 1 in terms of PA (LilQ might be), but for my money Admstyles is the man.

Definitely my favorite DDR/ITG player.

That said, most of the other lists already created sum it up pretty well.

Take, Yasu, and JSB haven't done new stuff in awhile. There's some debate as to whether they're still actually playing seriously, if at all. In their heyday they were monstrous, naturally... if they are still playing, they might be up there.

iamchris4life is obviously a beastly player, but I don't know of him playing anywhere other than his house. The man needs to get to an arcade and rip it up there. He's almost certainly a contender for one of the top spots on the list though.

I think Bluemystic might be the best out of all of them. He holds the world record on Legend Road, he tri-starred Uber Rave and he's AAA'd Extreme. Pickles is probably close second. He's the only person to have quad-starred Anubis (the end is hard to FA) and he holds the world record for Euphoria.

lol thanx2u&pope. I don't belong in the ITG ranking...yet...but I don't really plan to belong in that ranking, either. I like preaching and basketball more than dancing games, and I typically get out to play -maybe- twice a month. Even more, 2 out of 3, I'd play DDR.

Also a problem with any ranking is that some people solely (or nearly solely) play ITG, others solely play DDR. If someone has invested time and effort at one of the two and not the other, then who knows where anyone -could- be ranked? Potential is close to impossible to measure.

I want to throw out some sleepers that I {know / know about} that haven't been mentioned that probably should be mentioned somewhere in this thread if it isn't locked for flaming (or uselessness), too --

Boxy (aka BAMA) -- 108 AAAs on SuperNOVA ..UNPATCHED.. That machine is still unpatched if you want to see how ghastly off-sync the unpatched was. However, he's kinda abandoned ITG.

Turbojjjang -- Persistence pays off: He's for all intensive purposes done with SuperNOVA. His website should be turbojjjangisabeast.com, lol.

JJSz -- Flagged Chaos quite early (a full month before some other preacher dude did), quadded Charlene, fairly well up there in ITG rank.

Coreyblaze aka Candyboy -- He has over 400 AAAs on Single, though I hear that someone else is three AAAs away from that mark. Corey's really good, and he seems to be a completionist.

Mike (LilQ) is done, Damien is I think done, TJ is done and running marathons, Adam (admstyles) is just getting back from a broken foot, and a lot of people really don't care about the game anymore.

I'm surprised Pickles isn't ranked higher, as well as Mr. Bubbles. Kaze should be up there, too. Also what about Jet? He's probably the ultimate sleeper. He doesn't really post much on boards, but his scores are well up there.

Anyway, maybe it'd be more accurate to group people in different categories of skill, though you'd always forget someone since you can't know everyone's skill, consistency, or efficiency accurately. Ah well.

I've played with Boxy once before, Jboy was there too when he was trying to AAA AA. That's impressive just for the fact that the timing is so balls-off.
