Answers:
KaW stands for Kyle Andrew Ward.
The max combo in Charlene is 701.
ITG borrowed Bumble Bee and Follow the Sun (now Sunshine) from DDR 3rd Mix and Typical Tropical from DDR Solo 2000.
And now my own questions:
Which song has the highest max combo?
Which song has the fastest death run?
Which song has the fastest Tell jumps?

The tell jumps have to be vertex 2 because when you slow it down there basically tell jumps if not then pandy.

there were acually 4 songs taken from DDR, everybody knows about Bumble Bee, Typical Tropical and follow the sun but then there is also Tough Enough from UltraMix2.

Actually, DDR took Tough Enough from ITG.
And Daddead, Euphoria is just as much a Smiley song as Destiny, Delirium, and Utopia.

Based on the nature of Vorsprung, I'm gonna say it's Kyle Ward. Infection Expert was done by M. Puls (or however you spell his name). I have no idea who created the other charts you're asking.
