More realistic grading on ITG themes

So i'm running Groove 2.2, which is supposed to be the best ITG2 theme created so far, and since I thought that since this is supposed to be alot like the real thing, the grading should be too, but I have the same problem i've had with any other ITG theme, where the percent grading is off by quite alot, for example, I can get 97.xx% on a song and i'll get a grade of ****, or 83.xx% and get an S+.

Since i'm 99.9% sure this will involve metrics of some sort, anyone know how I can tighten the grading to be more like ITG?

Look in your stepmania.ini and change the "grade percentage tiers" values to these
