I think you're thinking of Stepmania.....I think. Otherwise, no, they don't.
.......HOWEVAR! There's a game coming out called Dance Factory where you can use burned/normal CDs to make steps. So if WERE lucky enough to get DDR soundtracks, then you could use them on Dance Factory. |

Naw, really though, just buy the complete stepmania CD. 99% of the DDR library (not including Ultramix, cause that series is crappy and it doesn't count). And you play it on your computer. Plus, you can go into the folders, and take out the DDR songs and put them on your mp3 player and whatnot..

they could be the same... you would have to look for the stepchart here at ddrfreak and put down all the arrows the bmp changes and what not....
