What the hell gives him that sorta merit? He has like one DDR song, probably a crapload on GF/DM I'll admit, but probably little to nothing on IIDX.

Dude, I'm talking about seniority in Bemani. It's just that both NAOKI & Mutsuhiko Izumi have been working for Konami since the 1980's.

Trust me, in terms of seniority, NAOKI > dj. TAKA.

yes. she makes music for alot of video games, i believe alot of them in the bemani series. she made music for silent hill, too.
if you have the max/max2 instruction booklet (i forgot which one it was), it tells you about a lot of the people that work there and i believe naoki is included.

It's either KONAMIX or MAX, it doesn't matter.

1.) Naoki is a DUDE.
2.) I though Akira Yamaoki did Silent Hill (not the Thomas Howard song) music (like You're Not Here, SH3's theme)
3.) He did Salamander & Twinbee (not the songs, the shooters which the songs are from)
4.) His B-day is April 28th (not sure about year)

Legend has it that Narcissus looked into a mirror and saw NAOKI.

NAOKI then stepped out of the mirror, shook his hand, and began writing music.

I looked up famous people who were born that day, therefore Naoki could be Jay Leno, Jessica Alba, or Saddam Hussein....

Also, can you please tell me when did Reo start working for Konami?

Another thing: I've heard that Motoaki Furukawa also started working for Konami in the 1980's, but I couldn't confirm it.

Motoaki Furukawa? All that I remember is that he did Smile For You on GF/DM 7th/6th Mix (it's on Masterpiece Gold, also).

According to Wiki, he did alot more. Strangly, it does NOT list that he did Smile For You, which I CAN confirm, cuz it says right on the back of MPG that he did it. Guess I gotta edit that....

Alright, putted it on Wiki.

Izumi, I'll give you, but I do know that beatmania came out before DDR and nagurreo was part of that roster. But I have no info of any of them before Bemani, so you're probably right there. Just out of curiosity though, what did Naoki do in Konami before Bemani?

Like I said, he also did music for Twinbee & Salamander, shooters from Konami (like Gradius).
