1. The forum faq states to use proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar. This alone should be enough reason to use good good grammar.

2. Using bad grammar gives the site a bad appearance and reduces its ability to act as an informative site for players. Good grammar also enables the community to easily communicate with each other. Because it is the most universal form of communication (outside of some of the foreign regional boards), proper [American] English is most suitable for these boards.

3. More people are inclined to respond to a thread which is easy to understand.

4. That particular manner of speaking is not suiting and is looked at by most people as unintelligent. For your own image I would suggest trying to speak normally. It might also help you later in life--talking like a gangster isn't going to get you a job, a good score on the writing portion of the ACT or college entry exams. It probably won't impress much of anyone actually.

5. Just trying to let you know now so that you can mature before its too late.

Just for fun, how long did it take Musashi to get from Beginner to Expert, or is he "asking" because he's on Beginner and wants to be Expert as soon as possible

Btw, I started on Standard 5's and 6's about 8 months ago and now I'm doing 9's. =\

How long did it take me to level up? I dunno. I do know that, as of now, I'm OVER 9000!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, I just had to hahaha. Anyways, I started playing two years ago. I went from Beginner to Light in a day. I went from Light to Standard in a few days. I then went from Standard to Heavy in another week or so. I passed Max 300 (heavy) after playing for a little over a month. After another month, I had passed all of the ten footers out there at the time. Please realize my PA was crap throughout this time. 6 months later I found ITG. After a year and a half of ITG, I am now currently like 150ish on Groovestats (Whoopdydoo) with pretty decent FA. The end.

It took me about a month or two to go from Light to Standard, but after that, it was only about a week to get to Heavy. It took me so long to advance at first because I was so afraid of failing.

Speaking of fail, I made sure to let Phrekwenci know about this failed excuse for a thread.
