I've now passed all 12s apart from Bloodrush and Euphoria. I've noticed a significant improvement in my ability to do streams; I managed to score 85.xx% on my second pass on Delirium, compared to 65.xx% on the first. I can't handle the slow down in Bloodrush and I haven't touched Euphoria since I first saw the onslaught of 32nds. So today I thought I'd have a go at Summer at the end of my session and I failed it in the last five notes! Very annoying, but I'll undoubtedly pass it before the last of the 12s. And probably Pandemonium too. _________________

Haha, yes!
Before I say anything, let me explain how the tourny worked:
The tournament was not an elimination tournament, meaning that even if you lost every single song, you would still get equal turns playing. Each song that you won got you a point, and at the end the person with the most points won. You could play anything from 7's - 13's at any time. The two people pick the first two songs, and the last one is random, and has to be played on Expert even if it is a 13, and you can't pass it unless you both agree on it being played on a lower lever (it still has to be a 7 or higher). You could not play the same song more than once in the ENTIRE tournament.
Just got back from the ITG tournament, and I tied for third place. The tournament was a "newbie" tournament, although people who competed could clear Air, and 13's. It's just that you couldn't be like 99%ing everything. Anyway, the tournament ended short because the mall closed at 6:30, and we couldn't have our last matches. =\ So long story short, no one got second place and two people tied for first.
There was an 8 year old there who was half my height, named Nathan (if anyone has heard of him. =P) who is far too short to use the bar. He has extremely good FA, but the only problem is is that he can't pass anything hard. (He can do 10's and anything below, nothing more) So yeah, I decided to use this to my advantage. =P He picked Bumble Bee (Hard) first, and be both **'d it, but I had the higher percent, so I still won. =P Then I picked Utopia (Expert), knowing that I'd be gaurenteed a song point. He wanted to play it on hard since he couldn't do it on Expert, but I didn't want to, so he was forced to unless he just forfeited. So he was really pissed off, but he played it anyway and failed at the run in the middle (keep in mind that he's no bar.) After that, the random song was Queen of Light, and I again refused to do hard, so he got pissed off again, and when we did it, I won with a 92%, and he had a 90%? =P
Anyway it was really fun - I hope to go to more tournaments. xD |

| That's similar to the Swiss format I've seen used in online tournaments. _________________

I didn't even use my USB in the tournament, so here are the scores that I got before the tournament - they all happen to be R21 scores. =P
Sexy Planet (From Non Stop Megamix) Heavy
Wow look at how many mods we used. :O
Esperanza (Expert from ITG3)
The rolls really screwed me over. =\
Listen To Your Heart (not the easy one on Groovestats, the one Adam Styles did on that video) =P
I'm on the right on all of them. =P |

Drove an hour to play some ITG2 on a dedicab. About damn time too, got some nice scores, well atleast for me. Oh by the way, DOM is Skinticket on here, for those of you who know him.
Energizer Expert- 69.57%
Had a brain fart and decided to play this in my first round. The machine likes to act gay, and it turned off the music. So yeah, no music mod is pretty tough...
The Beginning Expert- 85.30%
First try at the arcade ever, not too bad.
Hardcore Symphony Expert- 84.40%
Pretty good score for me, up from a 75%
Charlene Expert- 94.85%
FGC, I'm not complaining. Will * this soon though.
Kiss Me Red Expert- 97.27%
Expert * #1
Xuxa Expert- 94.97%
Misses were really random, FC'd the run, will definetly * soon.
Birdie Expert- 97.25%
Not too bad for my second time every seeing the chart. Will ** soon.
Pandemonium Hard- 84.49%
Right when my combo starting flashing gold got a great and that homo decent. Most misses were me being stupid, I could probably do better. Overall, I <3 this score!
Destiny Expert- 90.23%
Dropped hold was me having a brain fart, a great or two wasn't me, up from a 79%.
July Expert- 86.24%
In the middle, I began to try to minimize my movement to much cause I was tired from pandy hard and destiny. So yeah, could easily improve.
Other scores:
89.xx on Mythology (GAY buttocks USB FTW!!!)
84.xx on Monolith (SEE MYTHOLOGY)
76.xx on Vertex2 Hard ( Nearly there)
79.xx on Robotix (Just plain lazy, will 81+ soon)
So DarkCore, just a week or two and I'll have one our little race.

I didn't think you were THAT good or else I would have never accepted that 11 challenge. xD
Seriously, nice scores - that Xuxa score is ridiculous. |

Thanks, I didn't know I was this good either, just one more reason why I need to play on a dedicab more often. _________________

Hmm...
Let Me Be The One (Hard) - 96.40% first try, could do better
Let My Love Go Blind (Expert) - 86.76%, meh.
Kagami (Expert) - 89.75%, big jump from 82%.
At this point, I tried and failed Tell, rendering my feet useless for new records.
Good day to you all. _________________

In all fairness, he did just start playing about 6 months ago. His first time ever stepping on a dance machine was about September, so I'm pretty impressed with how well he's doing. |
