Alright, I won't be posting here until I move houses because the new big screen TV in my living room is awful for DDR, and my room has no room for a chair to use as a bar. Since I suck at no bar on my CF I'll be strictly playing at the arcades on the weekends. So anyone who's sent me challenges on DDRecall or GrooveStats, they won't be completed unless I do them at the arcade somehow. |

You could easily make a baseboard mod with a bar attachment for your living room setup. _________________

DarkCore, did your QoL challenge. 87.59%, 1 way off, 2 misses.
Also improved my Tribal Style and VerTex scores, each by 1% or so. _________________

davidyko wrote: | DarkCore, did your QoL challenge. 87.59%, 1 way off, 2 misses. | You and your damn Ignitions. I can barely cheat hands on my Cobalt Flux.
Zero0920 wrote: | However, with a bigger TV, they'll be spaced apart further. | True, and I'm sure as hell not dragging my Cobalt Flux down my stairs; it was hard enough bringing it up by myself because I couldn't get a good grip.
Anyway, I just got back from the arcade; I didn't stay long as my main purpose for being there was to measure the ITG bar which turned out to be 38 inches approximately. I have basically all of the materials that I need to make my base and bar mod for my Cobalt Flux, so I should be back to home-playing by this weekend. I got to play three games (9 songs) and I ended up getting some decent accomplishments.
Habanera 1 (Hard) 91.79
I ended up beating my 7 year old friends score on this by .60% roughly, so that was pretty cool because this song is really offsync and hard to FA.
Bend Your Mind (Expert) 69.39%
Da Roots (Folk Mix) (Expert) 88.03%
I can't FA this at all on an arcade machine.
Xuxa (Expert) 68.87%
My main accomplishment of the day because it was my fourth arcade 11, and I was really tired after the run in the middle, but I kept going and actually passed. I can do alot better on my Cobalt Flux at home because I seem to lose stamina quicker at the arcade.
I also got a 95% on Little Kitty Mine (Hard) which was ridiculous because I was going to complete Charlie#10's challenge of starring it. During one the freezes near the end I dropped the hold and missed one of the arrows due to stupidity. If I hadn't of done that I would have had the star. I was close to FEC'ing it also, I only had one great. |

Ignitions + ITG's gigantic freeze window = cheat hands easily on QoL.
Nice arcade scores, though. I would probably suck even more at the arcade, as my pads aren't remotely like the ones on machines. I can't wait for my Bluesharks!
Cool avatar, by the way. _________________

Thanks, I still got alot of misses on Xuxa due to the fact that I'm not quite used to the ITG 2 pads. The arrows are repressed, but just barely. I can't explain it, it feels really weird.
Anyway that score on Da Roots was pretty awful, but I took a picture of it because it was a FC and it was almost 90%. I could probably get a 95% once I build a bar for my CF. The arcade timing windows are much stricter which is why it's good to play there every once in a while; to improve your FA.
EDIT: Oh yeah, my avatar was made by Zero. Check the avatar rating thread. |

You can definitely get at least a 95% on Da Roots at home. I've starred it no-bar, and I usually have worse FA than you do. _________________

Meh, since I suck at playing barless, so once I make my base mod I'll definitely try to beat your score. If ITG 2 PS2 ever gets released I'll star Birdie (Expert) no problem. |

It actually took me quite a few tries to star Da Roots, but that's because my pad kept on giving me random Way Offs.
Anyway, random scores:
Xuxa Hard: 94.62%
Anyway, scores for today:
Disconnected -Mobius-: 91.97%
Oasis: 73.32% (I still suck at this, but at least it's over 70%)
Kagami: 76.66% (I haven't played this in forever, pic below:)
First time ever having two max combos.
Infection: 64.87% (up from 57.xx%, big improvement)
Tribal Style: 84.90%
The Game: 84.73% (why I have a lower score on this than Tribal Style, I don't know.)
VerTex: 72.10% (haven't played this in forever either, minimal improvement) _________________

Oh my god, I haven't beaten all of the ITG 10's in ITG PS2! :o
I never bothered to do Kagami because I kept failing it on my modded softpad. |

You failed?
Well, I suppose on a softpad, you're forgiven.
You know what? I've decided that I officially suck at Bouff, Tension, and Disconnected -Hyper-. _________________

Shut up!
I sucked back then and I thought Kagami was pretty difficult. Plus playing on a crappy softpad didn't help much either. |

Eh, I suppose so. Six weeks ago I thought Hip Hop Jam was hard and stamina-draining. _________________
