Why doesn't anyone use themes?

Well, for SM 3.9, I use CyberiaStyle 2, it is cool and smooth-looking. And for SM CVS 3.95 I use a theme I made myself, just an edit of the default theme, I made all the changed images in PowerPoint, the main color is yellow. I will release the alpha version soon on BMS and maybe here too.
