Passed Euphoria with a C.
Only 2 12's left to pass, Bloodrush and Determinator.
I'll probably tackle a 13 before those two though just to say I can pass one. I'm just wondering if it should be Summer or Pandy. (I don't really understand Vertex^2 if you know what I mean) _________________

I'd try Summer between that and Pandy. The lack of candles really make a difference so it's easier to BS.
I don't really have anything to post here... I've stopped playing lately. Been turned off by problems saving scores onto my usb stick. I did get a decent score on The Message playing it randomly with a friend. I could probably cut it down to 1 or 2... *shrug*

Please forgive me because these aren't "lol tri-star 12-footers".
Anyway, I tried some ITG PS2 once again today. No new 10s, and I even failed My Favourite Game, which I had previously passed. >_<
On the other hand, I got some new scores. In no particular order, except the pictures, which are the two I'm most proud of:
Disconnected (Hard)- 82.73
Land of the Rising Sun (Hard)- 95.88 *Mutters something about his pad and self-fornication*
Zodiac (Hard)- 93.91
Not Worth the Paper (Hard)- 93.78
The Game (Hard)- 89.57
Oasis (Hard)- 88.93
Tell (Hard)- 92.55
Queen of Light (Expert)- 86.16
Funk Factory (Hard)- 93.55
Boogie Down (Hard)- 85.74
Tension (Hard)- 86.46
Wake Up (Expert)- 74.67
Mellow (Hard)- 91.89
Pandemonium (Medium)- 86.20...could've been a bit higher had I not just not stepped at some point near the end (OMG AN ARROW SMASH PLAYER ADMITS A NON-STEP WAS HIS FAULT CALL THE NEWSPAPERS).
And in an effort to become more like the guy in my avatar (That's "The Total Package" Lex Luger, for those who may not be familiar with pro wrestling), I tried some marathons. Had generally bad results (Inserted mods + my self-imposed 1X-on-marathons rule = ), though I did get an 87.4X on the modless Rock Out Normal (Looking at my writing, I can't tell if it's .46 or .47).
And the two scores I'm most proud of for the session:
That's Hard star #2. In other news, MC Frontalot for President (You may recall my first Hard star was his PA theme).
And after I failed on Solina the first time, I pulled this out of my &$^:
(Before I had tried it for the first time, I had wondered how a marathon with 3 2-footers could rate an 8, even with mods. Suffice to say I don't wonder that anymore. Heck, partly because I played it far more than any of the others, Pandy Medium was practically the easy part.) _________________

Well, I had a bad ITG day yesterday. I was starting to get a little sick, but I didn't think much of it, so I went to play ITG. For the last song in the first game, I did Sunshine Expert no bar, and that definitely drained my stamina. Still, though, I wasn't about to be fazed, so for my second game, I attempted Tell Expert for my second song. That drained what little stamina I had left, and I still failed. Made it almost to the easy part at the very end, though. Then my girlfriend had me do Sweet World Expert. Yeah. If it's possible to go into negative stamina, this was it.
Yet even after all this, I still wasn't done. I made my third attempt at Driven Intense, and I cleared Energizer, which surprised me. I was just about to complete the course when on the last hold in One False Move, I stepped off a little too early to avoid the final mines, and that was enough to make me fail. On the last hold.
To finish things off, I played a game of Double. Yeah. I'm feeling really sick and exhausted today, and I don't think I'll be able to play again for at least a week. |

What's the accomplishment?
Are you sure you didn't want to post that in the stupid rant thread here? _________________

Recently got a 96.8-something on Disconnected Hyper (Hard), which was quite an accomplishment for me, since I can't FA for anything. IIRC, there were 3 Greats and 50-60 Excellents. |

Have you been aiming to get a 99.22 on Walking On fire for a while now? |

Not trying to bash you, but Disconnected Hyper is an easy FA. Disc Hype Hard was my first ** on hard. I passed Disc Hype Ex first time with almost a 90 due to FA, even though I completely BS'd that "one part"
However, keep up the good work. Why Me and Incognito are other easy FA songs. _________________

Um, I have a GrooveStats now. Does that count as an accomplishment? (I still only play the home version, but if you want to friend me, give me some home version challenges, whatever, that'd be cool)
If not, I do have some new scores. Once again, I'll only link except for the scores I'm most proud of. And once again, sorry it's not "lol SDE Vertex" and other such insanity.
Let's see. First, some marathons. Played on 1x?! Who the hell does that nowadays!? Seriously!
A Good Start (Intense)- 85.13
Outer World (Normal)- 88.42. Apparently Space = Excellent Attack for me. This goes double with Space plus a slow tempo. I honestly don't think the 1X had much to do with it, as I did pretty well through the rest of the marathon.
Now, song time! These were all improvements from previous scores, with the improvements ranging from tiny to F'ing huge. In no particular order:
Zodiac (Expert)- 79.48
Why Me (Expert)- 85.36
The Game (Expert)- 82.41
Pandemonium (Medium)- 87.65. Cool number, and I'm slowly creeping up on 90%. Baby steps and the like.
No 1 Nation (Hard)- 90.54
Mouth (Hard)- 88.94
Lemmings on the Run (Expert)- 76.60. But isn't this song supposed to be easy to score on?
Delirium (Hard)- 84.16
Dawn (Expert)- 74.05
And now for the stuff I'm proud of.
Medium Star number.....1?! Yep, I basically started my ITG career on Hard, and thus got 2 Hard stars before any Medium ones. I picked this up when I looked at the scores and went either "I haven't done this on Medium yet?" or "Why is my Hard score higher than my Medium?" I forget which offhand. Anyway:
Medium Star #2:
Hard Star #3:
And finally, the one I'm most proud of. The score itself is really nothing to write home about, but for some reason, this song just repeatedly kicked my keester until today:

Mabey you'd be better if you dusted the 3 inches of dust that has accumulated on your TV screen.
But that's just my two sense lol. |
