the machine he did it on was a new ITG2 machine, not an upgrade. do all ITG2s have a scoring bug on them? or just the new machines, or just the upgrades?

The DC's originally shipped have it, but some have been fixed. Don't think any of the upgrades have had the scoring bug...my local arcade's didn't ahve it. Even if that machine does have the scoring bug I doubt the real score would be below a high 97.

im not sure if he got a FC. if he did, then the scoring bug would not effect his overall percentage, correct?

If he got a FC, then it wouldn't affect his score. Last I recall, he was in fact playing on a bugged machine in his earlier Pandemonium Expert score.
