I'm still amused by the triplet of Babylons that showed up for their national TV debut. =p

But yeah, great segment. Just wish my soundcard's line-in didn't suck. >.>

I would still appreciate alternate hosting for the video, torrent or whatever. I'll leave the link up for a bit longer though. I still need to get some sleep x_x

SaeNoDa has been interviewed about the subject for TV before (if you recall the MTV interview for the top videogames).

Agreed. You guys looked good up there.

And few things have amused me more of late then hearing a host of the Today Show being told that they got schooled laugh.gif

That was really well done. Good questions, even better answers - to the point. Good job guys.

This is, you realize, part of this whole "how do we get our kids off their fat asses" wave the country is riding right now, so hopefully more of this kind of coverage will continue.

Eh...I found what I thought was it, but didn't look like it. Anyway, I had no sound for some reason, so I couldn't listen to it anyway. How was it?

I could probably torrent the video under MISC section on suprnova or something

Games > Video Demonstrations, is the section that would be the most appropriate section at suprnova, ie http://suprnova.edwardk.info/215.html

I would wait untill all our HTTP mirrors run out before anyone torrents it. I beleve l0k said something about a mirror as well, we all know he has gobs of bandwidth to spare! ;pp

EDIT: jebus I must be slow.. ten replys and more mirrors in the time it takes me to post a reply x..x

And the best part was, I actually LIKED the newspeople trying it and having fun. E1.gif

Now I need to get me a metal pad (soft pads fly all over the place on my carpet).

I know someone that lost over 130 lbs and hasn't played for 5 bloody years. Plus he's on Standard and wouldn't scare the shyt out of the audience from playing (you can't tell them to not be intimidated watching Twilight Zone Heavy). They have no idea where the real success stories are out there.

Besides, more weight is probably lost on those taco mats just moving them constantly cause they suck so much. Couldn't they up the ante (people pay hundreds or more for exercise eq) and plug a CF (i.e. PLAYING ON ONE)?

I do hope this extra exposure causes Konami to go "OMFG we want make money...let no be dumb shits and we go release new USA mix that high-quality like Extreme!"

P.S. Yes, I know they were plugging console but most young kids (fat, trim, or skinny) will play more at the arcade when they realize there is no experience like it (not to mention much larger song selection).

that was pretty cool, better than the last time i saw ddr on tv... i think it would have turned out better if the TV people had a least a slight clue what was going on... i mean, i don't know about the rest of you, but the "n00b reaction" to ddr got old a loooong freakin time ago. and yeah they definitely should have finished the song. and played exotic ethnic instead of twilite zone. speaking of intimidation...
