I wish it were... Daylight savings, or lack of it, is just a big pain in the butt for us. Half the year we're on at 1pm PST, the other half the year, we're on at 12noon. It's always 1pm for me, but when the rest of the world changes... AZ doesn't (along with a couple other trivial places like HA and IN.)

RedOctane is really getting into this whole "sponsor DDR" thing. It's great.

Now if they would go a fit further and help push for, say... DanceManiax and IIDX we'd be set. happy.gif

Why push for a dead game, what we need is for them to go all out on Popn.

It airs live at 4pm EST. Check out the website for more info. And don't be afraid to call in to the show if you have a question to ask or something to talk about. You could also be in the contest to win a RedOctane Ignition Pad if you call.

I'm listening to it now but I'm scared to call cause I don't know what I'd say riiight.gif

Despite my fears, I called in..... Good thing I did because

I WON THE IGNITION PAD E1.gif Now I have a second pad to match the one I got for Christmas. Now I'm shaking cause I'm so happy and I'm still scared cause I was hoping I wouldn't make a fool out of my self. Whoever the other caller was, Congrats on second.

Thanks for participating. It was a bit rocky, but I think everything went well. Special thanks to Kevin for breaking through his stage fright and calling in. I'll be e-mailing you in just a minute to get your info so I can get the prize on its way. It's actually coming straight from RedOctane, so make sure to thank them when you get it. :)

So, things were weird today because my cohost was gone today for the flu, but he usually helps me keep the show pretty upbeat. I had to change plans for the contest since he wasn't there, that's why the station engineer jumped in and played before the show... otherwise, Don would have done it.

Someone said they wanted to hear more caller... ME TOO! You wouldn't believe how hard it is to get you guys to call in. I always thought giving away free stuff would help, but it's still not easy. I hope as word spreads about the show that we'll find more people interested in chatting about games.

Thanks DDRFreak! And thank you Cynan and Jason. I appreciate your help so much.

I hope everyone who listened will listen again. We're there every week, and always ready to hear from you live and on-the-air.

Hey, kinda off topic but I noticed that the word Video Game got turned into a link. Is the site real? Or is it bull crap that send you junk that's not free?

Those links are added by an automated advertising program that the webmaster is getting paid for. Basically it looks for the first 5 keywords in each page and it hotlinks them.

For example: I bought this nifty XBox video game on Ebay.

^^^ BAM! Hyperlinked like what. laugh.gif

I'm sorry I missed the show but its mother's day today.

I'll update the site with today's show in a little while. Just go to the Archives section at ChatterBox and you'll be able to get it.
