I love BMIII almost as much as IIDX, but since I have a IIDX machine about one mile down the road from me, I'm a little biased

I wish the BMIII machine was closer to me, or I'd go there alot more often :/

Hey, I just noticed that in the very top-right corner of the first picture, you can see the top of a DDR 5th mix machine.

Actually, the BEST mode on BMIII is FREE PLAY, if you use a floppy and get all 7 endings on BMIII 7th you can unlock freeplay, and basically you have access to all songs from the start, can fail whatever and still play, and play songs over. Kinda fun to play 4 long songs in a row, or 4 9s, annoys people... But beware! The BMIII in that picture is KNOWN to corrupt your floppy, so back up after every session.

Nobody here mentioned BeatMania III The Final. I dunno whatever happened to that machine. It has all of the BM songs including Beatmania The Final on it.

And yes, Reincarnation [A] 5-key is hell indeed. What's more hellacious is Era (step mix) 5-key.

Eh... yeah, we used to have one of those machines down at FFA arcade in Granada Hills, CA, but got replaced by a IIDX 6th mix.... I think that it is now in Simi Valley PowerZone
