When someone PM's you, that message sits in the originator's outbox until you go to check your messages. During that time, the message sender can still go into their own outbox and edit or delete those messages. When a message is sent to you, the email notification is sent out, but if the poster deletes that message before you check your inbox, it was as if they never sent it in the first place. |
