How Old Are Most People Playin'?

I am the senior citizen ddr players--36! I play with my 15 yo daughter both at home and the arcade-- her friends think its cool I play so well as a mom...I absolutely think its fun and love the workout! I can pass 4&5 ft songs...right now my goal is Afronova light mode..I may never get as good as you younger players but hey---I have NO competitors my own age so Im doing really good!! I'd like to talk to other "grownups" like me who also play and arent "in the closet" playing...I'll play in the arcade and NOT be embarrassed!! I ROCK!

I'm 15, and am quite mature for my age. I see a lot of older players at the arcades. Look like they are in their late teens or early twenties, i did see some old balding guy play once that was really good. I was at the arcade with my cousin and we were both still only able to do 7 footers and this half bald guy went up and did Afronova, Drop Out, and Dead End, all on heavy. I was at a loss for words......

I'm 21, most of these people that I see play DDR are in JR HS/HS....

34 is kinda right. A friend of mines is 32 and hes bad buttocks at DDR.
Im 21 right now, but i started when i was 18.

I'm a gurl from Turkey and I'm 16 will be 17 in 4 months...I've been playing for nearly 3 months (We just discovered this marvellous machine 3 months ago and now we're all mad about it) and I am a trick player right now.We are a group with my friends and we're the only ones who play in the whole country.There's only 1 arcade machine in Turkey (which is the 5th mix) and it's really sad but I know that we're the only ones who can really play and we're all 16.

my friend TL got me into it when i was about 15 i think and i didnt play it much cuz i didnt have it and so now im 17 and goin strong.

I'm 18, but that doesn't matter. I saw a big tough marine drill sargeant playing DDR one time. He had to be at least 45. Big dude though, we didn't even look at him when he failed out. He had one of those looks like he could eat babies.

Im 18, the general age group of good people around here is like 15-21... I havent seen many older people play, but we havent had ddr for very long anwyay.

I'm 28, but I could probably pass for a college student. I've never seen anyone as old as me playing DDR in the arcade, except for one 40-ish mom playing with her teen son (the teen son was really good and she wasn't bad).

But I feel really out of place in the arcade when there's crowds. I try to go in the morning when there's no one there. I have one friend who plays, but he's only 19, so that's no help. I have another friend who's 30 that plays, but he's only a trick level player (I can A most 9-footers) and he lives an hour away. My wife also is a trick-level player, but she wouldn't be caught dead playing in an arcade!

I'm 16 as of late October... I can do all 9 foots on both PS2 console games... and all of my friends who play are around my age... most 16, a couple 15, then one 13 and one 12

im 15 and ive been playin for almost a month. i pass just bout all the 8ft's i try. but most of the people i see play is from 15-21.
