Nope. Can't dance worth crap. And that's why it's so much fun to freestyle. If I was good at it, I don't think I would be playing DDR.

I started as a dancer. I worked for a local DJ company "Hart to Hart" as an Entertainer for about 4 years or so. A few months later I stepped on DDR. I felt it a bit restricting at first, but I got used to it.

I've always been a dancer, but definitely more "enthusiastic" than "able" if you know what I mean. I've done numbers in my college fashion show, and once was spontaneously given VIP membership of a club because of my grooving ability (wooohooo!). Both cases were more enthusiasm/comedy than serious maneuvers though.

Now I'm finally learning how to dance properly, going to hip-hop & show-type dance classes. Soon I will have both power AND control.......

I wouldn't say I'm the best dancer in the world but I have a keen interest in performing arts. I wanted to goto the London Academy of Dancing school which is like the best dancing school in the UK. unfortunately its $18000 a term

Better off buying "Darrens dancing videos"

Yup I sure can dance outside of DDR, it was DDR that got my interest and dancing back.

Hmm...well the closest I've ever come to dancing are horrible attempts at freestlye on the dancing game.

I can dance...a little b-boying, c-walkin, (harlem) shaking, heel-toe. I don't freestyle in DDR though.

But I do freestyle in PIU. ::runs away::

When I first started playing DDR, I was the suck at actual dancing.

But when I started playing DDR, and realizing that I could freestyle on it, I started researching various styles of dance so that I could learn them and peform them.

Right now, I'm a better dancer outside of the game BECAUSE of the game haha!

Well i started just playing basic on 5th mix and then i found this website and saw the videos of clark kent and lil b and i said to myself i wish i could do that. I started doing some mike jackson shiz but then it was sorta out of style, did some breakdancin and hiphop. Thats when i started to intergrate the two so i could freestyle.

I can easily say that I can't dance worth my life :-P I was a little apprehensive to even notice a game with 'Dance' in the title, really. I hate dancing and I hate dances... Doesn't really seem to effect DDR skills, though. Everyone I know (boys and girls) that plays can't dance at all.
