I've been wondering, how do you ensure that the brackets are flat with the top of the non-arrow panels? do it upside down on a smooth flat surface?

Do you guys know something good to clean the metal nonarrow pads with? mine have gotten dirty, and it wont wipe off, seems stuck on there pretty good. Metal cleaner?

josh, what are you using to screw the arow together on the backside, a screw would just slide, are you screwing the screw into a nut of some kind?
