Just out of curiousity, how is everyone cutting plexiglass? I spoke to a guy at Home Depot about cutting lucite, and he said if I just scored the lucite a bunch of times with a utility knife it should ... |

Don't go out and buy a router. There was some discussion on this very subject in this forum a few pages ago. You might find an answer to your question if you go back and check it out.
