Same here...I just covered the cracks with electrical tape until I can get them replaced...but the sensors still work perfectly right now. Hopefully they will last since my first one didn't frust.gif

Wood= about 15-20 for mine but i used cheap particle board which works brilliantly

2x4s= real cheap...only like 4-5 bucks total

Piping= main cost...probably around 30ish i think

Any word on the new control boxes? I was going to buy this pad, but if RO won't even follow up on the problem then I'm not sure I want to deal with it.
