hey i replaced the weatherstriping and it works wonderfully!! Thanks to ddrhomepad for his design and everyone who helped me out on the forums (i'll post pics later)

It is definetly your weatherstripping. The best idea would to get the thinner weatherstripping, but if you cannot do that, try to raise your bottom contact.

As for the backbar assembly. CF/CG pads you have to make your own. I recommend a flat sheet of plywood and screw the pad down. Then go to the metal shop or home depot and use some plumbing pipes ...

Heh i modded my soft pad by cutting plexiglas (can't spell) then i put that(with tape cuz i'm lazy) over the down, up, left, and right arrows. Then i just mounted the pad to plywood with a staple gun ...
